      would like to check with you guys..

      i booked an air ticket on airasia for the first time... and paid via direct debit, meaning paying via enets with my POSB bank account... as i do not have a credit card..

      i did not receive any confirmation but money is deducted from my bank.. i called the call centre but its taking too long to wait for them to pick up the call.. waited for like 10 mins but was still on hold..

      anyone book on airasia before? how long is the confirmation?

      wat kind of confirmation u waiting for? usually airasia will send u an email almost instateneously wif ur flight itern.

      Should try calling them again. Email confirmation is usually instantaneous. Unless your spam filter is too powerful.

      yea do check ur spam inbox, sometimes it goes there. otherwise, make a phone call and kick up a ruckus.
